GEEPAS Tower, a flagship real estate venture by Western International Group, along with project contractor Gulf Asia Contracting (GAC), marked a historic achievement in the UAE’s construction sector on September 9, 2016. With the support of Unibeton Ready Mix and Chawla Architectural and Consulting Engineers, the team successfully completed the Largest Continuous Concrete Pour ever undertaken globally, earning a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title and showcasing their engineering excellence and project execution capabilities.
Located in Arjan, Al Barsha, the project involved pouring over 19,793 cubic meters of concrete continuously over 42 hours, with the tireless efforts of more than 600 workers across multiple shifts. Concrete was supplied by Unibeton Ready Mix, involving 300+ transit mixers making over 2,500 trips from three batching plants. The site was equipped with 14 active concrete pumps, supported by five on standby. Construction included the use of 3,000+ tons of steel and a total of 150,000 man-hours to complete the raft foundation.
Fully completed and operational, GEEPAS Tower stands as a proud symbol of innovation, perseverance, and international recognition.

The event and project were effectively managed and coordinated by teams from Western International Group and GAC, including Mr. Ajit Xavier, Senior Projects Manager at GEEPAS; Mr. Suprabhas B, Director of Projects at Chawla Architectural and Consulting Engineers; and Unibeton Ready Mix, the project’s key concrete supplier.
Today, GEEPAS Tower stands tall and fully operational, offering 684 premium residential units, a gymnasium, health club, swimming pool, and 730 parking spaces. Spanning 1.5 million sq. ft., the tower includes two basement levels, a welcoming ground-floor lobby, 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and 19 floors of luxury living, a shining example of modern design and urban comfort.
